CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

CHIMICHURRI SAUCE


  • 1 bunch of fresh Italian parsley
  • 1.5 tbsp oregano,
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1 fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes or chopped local Aji Amarillo.
  • 0.5 cup of ExtraVirgin olive oil

Directions 

Chop well the parsley and garlic.

Add all ingredients except the olive oil into the bowl. After 30 min put the oil into the bowl. Mix with the spatula and is ready to enjoy with everything
